Cover of "My Train Book" It has that title, an outline of a train engine, and a place for the student to write their name.

I made this quick activity for one of my students, so I thought I'd share it. You can have the student read the pages to know which colors to make the trains, so it's kind of like a reading assessment too.

I also made a train-themed color word matching activity that you can download here: http://www.positivelyautism.com/downloads/readingcolorwordtrains.pdf

A photo of one of the train color word matching cards. It has a blue train, a red train, and a green train. There is an empty box below each train, where students can place the small cards that say the name of the color.
